报告内容简介:

Ordinary refractory ceramics are indispensable for high temperature industries, e.g. iron-making, steel-making, cement and glass ones. Their operating conditions, such as preheating procedure, working temperature, cyclic thermal condition and kinds of high temperature liquids, are rather divergent and cannot be easily or completely reoccurred in laboratories. Furthermore, their microstructures are heterogeneous and demonstrate substantially difference to fine ceramics. Advanced characterization approaches were developed to quantitatively define their thermomechanical behaviour under mode I failure and creep in laboratory. Case studies were provided to show their applications in improving thermo- mechanical modelling and the optimization of lining design.

 

报告人简介:

金胜利,奥地利莱奥本矿业大学教授。20007月本科毕业于武汉科技大学无机非金属材料专业,20037月于武汉科技大学材料学专业获得工学硕士学位,同年留校任教,20081月于武汉科技大学材料学专业获得材料学博士学位。20088-20092月受邀于德国弗莱贝格工业大学开展为期半年的科学研究。20094月赴奥地利莱奥本矿业大学开展研究,并于2010年获得高级科学家永久职位,20154月于奥地利莱奥本矿业大学获得矿业学博士学位,201711月获得奥地利莱奥本大学陶瓷方向的Habilitation(教授及博导),授Privatdozent头衔。金胜利教授也是奥地利陶瓷协会会员、奥地利国家创K1-MET K2-MPPE中心项目负责人,近五年负责项目经费逾300万欧元。发表学术论文超过100篇,其中在《Journal of the European Ceramic Society》、《Journal of the American Ceramic Society》、《Engineering Fracture Mechanics》等国际知名期刊发表论文近40余篇,获得专利40余项。因其突出贡献,于2015年和2017年两次获得  HellmutLongin奖。研究方向为高温材料力学表征与模拟工业炉衬优化研究、高技术陶瓷与耐火材料。
